    The systems you build run for Saudi organisations on infrastructure inside the Kingdom, with data that stays here. It is production work, an integration, an application, a model deployment, and it is operated by a client's own team after we leave.

    Carry the work end to end

    You stay with a project from the first assessment to the system a client's own people run, and you answer for it. Most engagements cover both halves, the systems that run the organisation and the AI that reasons over them, so there is no hand-off to another team midway.

04How hiring runs

A short process, described as it is.

    Send a CV and, where relevant, examples of what you have built, whether an application, an integration or a model, to hello@architechsgroup.com or through the contact form.

  2. A conversation

    A direct conversation with the person you would work with. We are a small firm and there is no multi-stage funnel.

  3. A practical exercise

    A short exercise close to the work itself. For engineering roles it is usually a small piece of work of the kind you would do here: a service, an integration, or an evaluation of a model.

  4. A decision

    We decide quickly and tell you the outcome either way. We do not leave applications unanswered.
