The system that runs the businessand the system that reasons over itare built by the same team.
Most AI work fails at the plumbing rather than the model: records sit in systems that were never meant to speak to each other, and nobody owns the gap between them. Meanwhile most business software now has AI somewhere inside it, or will have within a few years. Building both halves with the same engineers means the platform that runs finance or operations and the model that reads it are held to one standard, and neither waits on a supplier the other cannot reach.

Enterprise systems & ERP
Selecting, implementing, extending or replacing the systems an organisation runs on, and connecting finance, HR, procurement and inventory to the systems of record around them. Migration and data cleanup are part of the work.

Web & mobile applications
Customer-facing applications, staff and partner portals, dashboards and the internal tools a department depends on. Mobile in Flutter for iOS and Android, the web applications and APIs behind them, Arabic and English interfaces with right-to-left layout done properly, deployed in-Kingdom where residency requires it.

Fintech & regulated platforms
Payment, lending, wallet, billing and back-office platforms, and other software that carries regulatory weight. We build the integration with banking and payment rails, the reconciliation, the audit trail and the access control, so the evidence a risk function or an external auditor asks for is already there.

Readiness assessment, a scored portfolio of use cases, a staged roadmap and a working pilot. Priced per phase, so you can stop at any boundary and keep everything produced so far.

Policies, controls and assurance aligned with SDAIA guidance, the PDPL and NCA controls, implemented in your systems as audit logs, approval gates and human checkpoints.

Open-weight models served on infrastructure you control: your own data centre, in-country cloud or an air-gapped network. The data stays inside the Kingdom.

How an engagement runs, phase by phase
FrameworksOur work is aligned with the goals of Vision 2030 and the National Strategy for Data and AI: local capability, data kept inside the Kingdom, and Saudi engineering talent developed through the work. Where a system handles personal data or serves a regulated function, whether that is a payments platform or a model in production, we work within SDAIA’s AI ethics and adoption guidance, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the National Cybersecurity Authority’s controls.
