The ArchiTechs Group does not publish a rate card, because scope varies too much for a single price to mean anything, in a system build as much as in advisory work. Each phase (assessment, roadmap, pilot or build) is scoped and priced in writing before it starts, so you agree to a fixed figure for that phase rather than an estimate.

Yes. An engagement can stop at any boundary between phases, and you keep everything produced up to that point: code, documentation and infrastructure. Nothing is held back to keep you engaged.

No. Most of our work runs as fixed-scope engagements: an assessment, a roadmap, a pilot, or a defined build. A programme retainer is available for larger transformation and platform work, where a client wants one.

A change of scope is re-quoted in writing before we act on it. We do not absorb extra scope into a fixed price, and we do not bill for it without telling you first.

The ArchiTechs Group builds business software as well as AI systems. The software practice covers enterprise systems and ERP work, web and mobile applications, and fintech and other regulated platforms; the AI practice covers transformation, governance, and sovereign or private deployment. The two sit in one firm for a plain reason: most AI work fails at the plumbing, and most business software now has a model somewhere inside it, so the system that runs an organisation and the system that reasons over it are built by the same team to the same standard.

The ArchiTechs Group works with the ERP an organisation has chosen: implementation, extension where the standard product stops, integration with the finance, HR, procurement and inventory systems around it, and the migration and data cleanup that come with a move. We are not a reseller or a certified implementer of any vendor's product, and where a vendor's own partner is the better route for part of the work, we say so. If the choice is still open, we can help make it on the evidence of what you run today and what the system has to do.

The ArchiTechs Group builds mobile applications in Flutter for iOS and Android, along with the web applications and APIs behind them. Interfaces are built in Arabic and English with right-to-left layout designed in rather than mirrored at the end, and the back end runs on in-Kingdom infrastructure wherever data residency requires it.

Yes, and it begins with a review rather than a rewrite. We read the code, the deployment and whatever documentation exists, then give you a written assessment: what is sound, what is load-bearing and fragile, what it costs to keep, and what it costs to replace. If replacing is the cheaper path over two or three years, we say so and price it as a separate decision for you to take.

Fintech and regulated platform work at The ArchiTechs Group is engineering rather than licensing advice: payment, lending, wallet, billing and back-office platforms, integration with banking and payment rails, reconciliation, access control and audit trails, built so the controls an auditor asks for are in place and designed for review by your risk and compliance functions. The licence, the regulatory relationship and the approval itself stay with your institution, and we do not promise an outcome that is a regulator's to decide.

Your data stays in your own infrastructure and accounts, inside Saudi Arabia where residency is required. Nothing is held in an environment you do not control, and nothing has to be migrated later.

No. The ArchiTechs Group does not train models on client data, and we keep no copy of it after handover.

The ArchiTechs Group maps governance requirements to your obligations as part of the roadmap phase, whether the system in question is an application handling personal data or a model, and against SDAIA's AI ethics and adoption guidance, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) controls where they apply. It is scoped work with named deliverables.

Yes. Sovereign and private AI deployment, including air-gapped installations, is one of our service lines, and the applications around a model are built to run inside the same boundary.

The client owns the code from the first commit, whether the work is an ERP integration, a mobile application or a model deployment. It lives in your repositories, under your organisation's accounts, from the start of the engagement.

There is no lock-in. If you stop working with us, nothing stops running: the code, the infrastructure definitions, the models and the documentation are already yours.

Yes, and handover is designed for that. The documentation is written for your engineers to pick up, and the walkthrough ends when they can change the system on their own. Support beyond that point is an agreed retainer with named hours, or it is not promised.

The ArchiTechs Group works in Arabic and English, whichever your team prefers. Proposals, meetings, interfaces and documentation follow the language your organisation works in.

The ArchiTechs Group is based in Riyadh and Jeddah and works Sunday to Thursday. Most work is remote, and we meet in person where the engagement calls for it.

Yes. If AI is the wrong tool for the problem, we tell you in the first conversation, before any proposal is written. Often the answer is ordinary software: a fixed workflow, a report, or an integration between two systems that do not speak to each other. Deterministic processes, missing data, tasks that need a guaranteed answer with no human review, and timelines that cannot be staffed properly are the usual reasons.

The ArchiTechs Group is a new, Saudi-led software engineering and AI firm based in Riyadh and Jeddah. We do not yet have a back catalogue of clients, so instead of case studies we publish the full engagement process on the Approach page.

The ArchiTechs Group does not yet have case studies or client references, and we will not invent them. The Approach page sets out the method in full so you can judge that instead.

The ArchiTechs Group has a sister studio, VisionArchitech in London, which serves European clients to the same engineering standard. The Group serves Saudi Arabia, and each company has its own name and team.
