What the role covers
- Build client systems end to end: web applications, APIs, and the integration work between the systems an organisation already runs
- Design and build agentic systems and automations for client engagements, from prototype to production
- Evaluate and deploy open-weight models on in-Kingdom and private infrastructure, with the retrieval and data pipelines behind them
- Write the runbooks and documentation a client team needs to operate the system on its own
What we look for
- Production experience shipping software people depend on: a web application, a service, or an integration that had to keep working
- Work with large language models beyond prototypes: agents, retrieval and evaluation
- Comfort across the stack, from data pipeline to API to the interface a client uses
- Fluency in Arabic or English; Arabic is a strong advantage for client-facing work
